K-FLEX installation videos require Microsoft SilverLight. If you do not already have SilverLight installed on your computer, the video page will give you a link to it. If you are on Internet Explorer, the install will run on its own and configure your computer to watch the videos. If you are on FireFox or another browser, you will need to download the SilverLight Installer and run it from your computer.
