K-Flex Clad® products are comprised of flexible, closed-cell elastomeric insulation that are fully adhered to an outer covering. The result is a product that is UV protected, easy to clean, resistant to abuse, impact and chemicals and can be easily installed in a one step process.
K-Flex Clad® products are available with our standard black product and are also offered with K-Flex ECO™, a halogen-free insulation product. K-Flex Clad® products can also be used in conjunction with K-Fit™ fittings.
K-Flex Clad® Offerings
K-Flex Clad® AL: Dent resistant with an aluminum appearance, this is ideal for outdoor applications.
K-Flex Clad® WT: White in color, this dent-resistant product is great for indoor use and clean room applications. It meets a 25/50 flame spread/smoke development rating when tested to ASTM E 84 standards.
K-Flex Clad® IN: Our toughest product yet, this outer cladding consists of a resilient polymeric material that provides superior protection for applications that experience extreme environments (rapid fluxuations in temperature or high acid) such as Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) or pulp and paper applications.

Specifications
K-Flex USA products meet exacting industry standards, national building codes and are third party certified. K-Flex® LS, Insul-Tube®, Insul-Lock® and Insul-Sheet® are inherently mold- and mildew-resistant as a result of their moisture-resistance properties. As an added level of protection, an EPA-approved antimicrobial agent has been added for maximum protection. The GreenGuard® Environmental Institute (GEI), a third party listing agency, has listed K Flex® LS, Insul-Tube®, Insul-Sheet®, K-Flex Clad® and K-Flex Duct® as mold resistant. These products are also GreenGuard® certified as low VOC materials, meeting the requirements of the Children and Schools Classification.
