K-Flex Clad® AL fittings, available as elbows and tees, combine flexible elastomeric tube insulation with an aluminum-finish clad covering that protects the insulation from damage from UV rays, mechanical abuse, moisture, chemicals and mold growth.
Ideal for outdoor applications, the fittings can be used in a temperature range of -297°F to +220°F and on a variety of applications, including hot water, chilled water and refrigeration systems. The clad jacketing meets the 25/50 flame spread and smoke development standard when tested according to ASTM E 84 and will not dent or wrinkle when exposed to mechanical abuse.
K-Flex Clad® AL is easy to install and comes equipped with self-seal adhesive strips.
