Insul-Tube® Coils are a black, flexible elastomeric foam coils that are suited for line sets and other extended length piping systems to prevent condensation or frost formulation on refrigerant lines, cold water plumbing and chilled water systems.
The Insul-Tube® Coils are perfectly suited for longer line sets and prevent multiple butt joints and adhesive interruptions. These coils are best applied to straight runs free of corners and bends for easiest installation and are offered with and without talc on the inner surface for effortless sliding.
Insul-Tube® Coils provide the best solution for applications within a -297°F to 220°F temperature range and are offered from 250’ to 2800’ in length depending on the ID size and wall thickness.
Insul-Tube® products are non-porous and non-fibrous and will not permit mold, fungal and bacterial growth. For added protection, all Insul-Tube® products are protected with an antimicrobial agent. All Insul-Tube® products are GREEGUARD certified for Indoor Air Quality, for the Children and Schools certification, and approved through supervision by the Factory Mutual Research Corporation.
