Giuseppe Guarino, President
Giuseppe joined K-Flex USA in 2004 and was named President in 2008. Giuseppe provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of the company’s mission and strategy. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Throughout his career, Giuseppe has had management responsibilities in manufacturing, distribution and sales in domestic and international organizations.
Joe Humphries, Director of Supply Chain
Joe joined K-Flex USA in 2003 and has 24 years of experience in organizational leadership. As Director of Supply Chain, Joe oversees customer service, distribution, transportation, purchasing and manufacturing operations. Joe received his executive education from the MIT Sloan School of Management and the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business. Joe was a featured author in The Ugly Truth About Managing People on successfully handling management challenges.
Sheila Murray, Director of Human Resources
Sheila joined K-Flex USA in 2009 and has 22 years of experience in human resource management. Sheila is a graduate of Empire State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources. She also holds professional human resource certifications from HRCI and SHRM. As Director of Human Resources, Sheila directs associate relations, benefits, compensation, recruitment and training.
Vance Josey, Director of Finance
Vance joined K-Flex USA in 2003 and was named Director of Finance in 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC.
Kristin Wolfe, Director of Information Technology
Kristin joined K-Flex USA in 2005. She is a graduate of UNCG with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. Kristin has 24 years of experience in the Information Technology field and is responsible for K-Flex USA’s information technology applications and infrastructure.
